Terms of use
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Halal Circle is a free, members-only matrimonial service for Muslims, run by an individual in the United States. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Who can join
You must be at least 18, a Muslim looking for marriage, and legally free to marry where you live.
One account per person, and only for yourself.
Your profile
Be honest and accurate, including about your marital status and children.
Only upload photos of yourself, in modest dress. Do not put phone numbers, emails, links or social media names in your profile or photos.
Our team reviews every profile and photo, and may reject or remove any of them.
How to behave
Keep every conversation respectful and focused on marriage. Harassment, pressure, sexual content and hateful language are not allowed.
Never ask for or send money, gifts or bank details.
No advertising, business use, or copying other members’ information or photos out of the site.
Respect a “no”: a declined interest or an ended match is final.
What we do and don’t do
We introduce members to each other. We do not check anyone’s identity, background or intentions beyond our own review, and we cannot promise a match or a marriage.
Please read our safety tips, and involve your family or wali.
Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or block accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.
You can delete your account at any time from My account.
Free service
Halal Circle is free. If we add paid features later, we will tell you first. You will never be charged without agreeing.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for how other members behave or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and we will email members about important changes.
